Our division dedicated to consulting, design and production of wooden home decor objects is responsible for shaping the ideas of designers and manufacturers. Structured with a complementary dynamic, it includes an area dedicated to automation with machinery capable of performing complex and accurate machining on any type of wood.
The second area, on the other hand. the finishing area, involves manual processes performed by craftsmen who refine and complement the work of the machines. From this mix, and the experience gained with some of the most important Italian and international brands, allows us to shape exclusive home decor objects and accessories that take shape thanks to the use of essences, processing, finishes and, sometimes, mixes of different materials.

The workflow

Design
That is, consulting and engineering on third-party designs or, in the case of our articles, implementation of the entire creative phase, with design of the final product and its finishes.
The choice of wood
The first stage concerns the raw material, which can be selected according to the project or, as in the case of the accessories we produce, chosen from the scraps of material used to make other accessories.
The robotic phase
The first processing step is done robotically using our CNC machines that create the object from the block of wood. Accuracy is highest, dimensions and profiles are precisely recreated, and the speed of execution allows for a very high production capacity.
Quality control
Once the objects leave the machines, they pass to the quality control stage, which certifies the level of workmanship and the accuracy of the work. After this stage, if planned and if necessary, the objects move on to manual finishing.
The craft stage
This is part of the work that most closely ties in with our identity. The handcrafted finishing stage is conducted by our artisans who are responsible for finishing, sanding and finishing the object. At this stage, if provided by the design, additional materials-ceramics, metals, leather... can be added. - to create a truly unique home decor accessory.
Final quality control and shipment
The last step involves further quality control and preparation for shipment, which in some cases can also be done by our own means to further speed up the processing and delivery process.
